Proven ability to assist clients, effectively resolve issues, and cultivate lasting positive relationships. Proficient in key industry software, including CCC ONE (CCC1) , Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets). A proactive self-starter committed to quickly adopting and integrating new systems, including the use of AI tools, to enhance workflow and deliver exceptional customer service.
