Communicate with store managers, technicians, and internal teams to coordinate service requests and provide customer support Process work orders, prepare quotes, and update systems following customer-specific requirements (ROEs) Track service activities and provide updates, ETAs, and issue resolution to customers and internal stakeholders Maintain customer records, support billing inquiries, and assist with resolving payment or invoice discrepanciesRequirements:
High School Diploma/GED required; BS/BA degree in a business or financial field preferred 3-5 years of experience in order-to-cash, billing operations, accounts receivable, or related finance/operations Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
