Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level) to join our growing team. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating effectively, and supporting customers throughout their experience. The role combines customer interaction, information management, and administrative support in a structured office environment. Comprehensive training is provided. Primary Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and internal communication channels. Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and procedures. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. Assist customers with account-related questions and general requests. Investigate routine issues and coordinate resolutions with appropriate departments. Follow established service procedures to ensure a positive customer experience. Update customer information within company databases. Track open requests and ensure timely follow-up. Prepare summaries of customer feedback and service trends. Review assigned products, services, or customer experiences and provide written observations to assist with business improvement initiatives. Support administrative projects related to customer operations. Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer and data-entry proficiency. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Training Provided New hires will receive structured training covering customer communication standards, company procedures, system navigation, documentation practices, and service excellence expectations.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
