$18-$23/hour

Qualifications:
3+ years of customer service experience 3+ years of SAP experience (order processing & master data preferred; flexibility available) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and related functions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Professional demeanor with strong customer relationship skills
Job Description:
The Order Management Representative / Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting customer service operations, including order processing and communication with customers, sales agents, and internal teams. This role involves handling purchase order inquiries, processing payments, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative team setting and delivers exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and manage order processing and order-related inquiries Provide customer support regarding order status, backorders, product availability, shipping, returns, and general inquiries Communicate with sales agents, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues Assist with trade shows, special orders, and sales/marketing initiatives Manage customer expectations and provide timely updates Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve payment-related issues Maintain accurate records and perform additional duties as needed

Additional Details:
