Position Overview We are hiring Sales Representatives to help bring in new commercial accounts and specialty service jobs. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, confident, coachable, and comfortable speaking with business owners, property managers, general managers, and decision-makers. You will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, setting appointments, following up with leads, and helping close service contracts or one-time projects. Experience in sales is preferred, but we are also open to training the right person who has a strong work ethic and is willing to learn. What You'll Be Selling You will sell commercial services such as: Recurring janitorial contracts Office cleaning services Floor scrubbing, stripping, and waxing Pressure washing Window cleaning Epoxy garage and commercial floor coatings Polished concrete Deep cleans and special projects Responsibilities Prospect and contact potential commercial clients Visit businesses, make calls, send emails, and follow up with leads Set appointments for walkthroughs and estimates Build relationships with property managers, business owners, and facility managers Explain our services clearly and professionally Help identify customer needs and recommend the right service package Maintain communication with clients during the sales process Track leads, follow-ups, and closed deals Represent the company in a professional and positive manner Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Motivated by commission and performance-based pay Confident talking to business owners and decision-makers Professional, reliable, and organized Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door outreach, networking, and follow-up Willing to learn the commercial cleaning and floor care industry Experienced in sales, customer service, business development, or outside sales preferred Able to work independently without being micromanaged Positive, coachable, and goal-driven Pay Structure This is a commission-based sales position. Commission can range from 20% to 100% depending on the type of job, service sold, and contract structure. Higher-value opportunities may include recurring janitorial contracts, floor care programs, epoxy coatings, polished concrete jobs, and specialty cleaning services.
