Service Advisor

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Full-Time Service Advisor with experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their automotive needs are met efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive needs. Provide detailed explanations of service recommendations, including tire service, oil changes, brake repairs, and other vehicle maintenance tasks. Schedule appointments and manage the workflow in the service department to ensure timely completion of services. Collaborate with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow-up recommendations. Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs while maintaining transparency and trust. Ensure a clean and organized service area to enhance the customer experience. Experience Proven experience in customer service, in a Service Advisor role. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, and auto body repair is highly desirable. Previous experience in automotive sales or auto service management is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
