Job Description

Temp to hire opportunity
Hours:
Tuesday- Saturday 9am-6pm $14/hr Duties include:
Warmly Greet & Welcome:
Be the friendly face that welcomes every customer who walks through our doors.
Phone Prociency:
Answer incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Customer Navigation:
Escort customers to the Sales, Service, Parts, or Finance departments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
Service & Sales Reminders:
Proactively send text message reminders for scheduled services, upcoming sales events, and VIP consultations.
Customer Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, promptly addressing their questions and concerns.
Administrative Support:
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a
Positive Atmosphere:
Contribute to a welcoming and engaging environment for both customers and staff.
Data Entry:
Enter customer information into our database.
Qualifications include:
Strong Organizational Skills:
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
