Job Description

We are looking to add motivated Customer Representative team members as we continue to grow and represent AT&T's wireless services to our customers. The Customer Representative position is an entry-level role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting wireless sales, and building lasting customer relationships. As a Customer Representative, you will engage with customers on a variety of service and support needs, including educating them on wireless products, assisting with mobile service orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in driving sales growth while working closely with customers and decision-makers. The ideal Customer Representative is enthusiastic about sales and customer service, eager to learn about the telecommunications industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Customer Representative Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and retention Educate customers on wireless products and services and assist with new sales and service orders Communicate promotions, upgrades, and product benefits in a clear and engaging manner Escalate complex customer needs to appropriate internal support teams to ensure timely resolution Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless products, services, and offerings to accurately assist customers Collaborate effectively with other Customer Representatives while also working independently to meet performance goals Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to deliver high-quality customer support
Customer Representative Qualifications:
Strong interest in telecommunications and wireless services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing, customer-focused attitude Prior Customer Representative experience is a plus Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a diverse, dynamic, and team-oriented setting Prior experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required
Pay:
$48,887.80 - $58,875.63 per year
