Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager/Service Writer, you will: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Assist in managing daily operations, including workflow coordination and staff supervision. Collaborate with technicians and customers to accurately diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with the team.
