Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and hospitable environment.
Duties:
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing information about hotel services and amenities
  • Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Perform night audit duties as required, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with phone systems and hotel software is an asset
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
