In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our technicians, helping ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive repair experience. You will listen to customer concerns, explain recommended services, provide repair estimates, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Responsibilities Greet customers and gather information regarding vehicle concerns and service needs Create repair orders and accurately document customer concerns for technicians Communicate recommended repairs, maintenance services, and associated costs to customers Provide timely updates on vehicle status, repair progress, and completion times Build customer trust through honest communication and exceptional service Assist customers with scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation needs when necessary Upsell maintenance services and repair recommendations based on vehicle needs Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and efficient workflow Process invoices, payments, and service documentation accurately Maintain organized records and support daily service department operations Help ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Previous customer service, sales, or automotive experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair services preferred Experience with service management software and point-of-sale systems is a plus Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial but not required Valid driver's license preferred Compensation Pay is competitive and will be determined based on experience, automotive knowledge, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
