Competitive based on experience Position Summary Helsabeck-Hall Insurance is a small, independent insurance agency seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to service an established book of business. The ideal candidate is licensed, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent client service in a small-agency environment. Key Responsibilities

• Service personal and/or commercial lines insurance accounts
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Review policies for accuracy, coverage, and underwriting requirements
• Communicate professionally with clients and insurance carriers
• Process client payments and assist with billing inquiries
• Issue certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and evidence of coverage
• Support producers with renewals and account retention
• Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
• Ensure compliance with North Carolina insurance regulations and agency procedures Qualifications
• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty license
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CSR in an independent insurance agency
• Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance
• Experience with agency management systems (Applied, AMS360, EZLynx, or similar)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Compensation & Benefits
