Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative, where your enthusiasm and dedication will make a real difference in the lives of our clients. In this energetic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking insurance assistance, providing exceptional support through various communication channels. Your positive attitude and strong communication skills will help foster trust and loyalty, ensuring every customer feels valued and understood. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear and accurate information about insurance policies and services Assist clients with policy questions, claims processing, billing issues, and coverage options while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide updates on claims and policy status Enter data accurately into our systems, ensuring all customer interactions are documented thoroughly and efficiently Support clients with account management tasks such as updating personal information or processing payments using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues by analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and receipt issuance Qualifications Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry Demonstrated ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette with active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for efficient case management Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client outreach strategies Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions in a professional manner Previous experience in sales or client services is advantageous but not required Join us to make a meaningful impact by delivering outstanding service that keeps our clients confident in their insurance choices.
