Whitley Automotive, LLC Locust, NC Service Advisor Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM - 4 Day Work Week, No Weekends! Whitley Automotive is a Christian-run shop built on trust, transparency, and doing right by people. The mission is simple and it drives everything: building community relationships while delivering customer-focused service with trust and transparency. This shop is tight-knit, professional, and genuinely team-first. The goal is to hire a strong service advisor who wants more than just writing tickets. The right person can grow into a General Manager role as the shop continues building leaders from within. What this role looks like You run the front counter with clarity, structure, and warmth

The shop is focused on being the top-tier repair facility in the area Hours and schedule 4-day work week
Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Overtime is rare and paid properly if it happens Pay Hourly plus monthly bonus
Hourly range: $15 to $25 per hour
Monthly bonus includes
1 percent of total shop gross profit
3 percent of your individual gross profit Benefits Company-paid health insurance option for employee only
HSA option with company contribution
Simple IRA with up to 3 percent match plus Roth option
Paid time off that grows with tenure, up to 120 hours after 5 years
