Job Description

Benefits:
Employee discounts Paid time off 401(k) matching Free food & snacks Training & development About Peak Limousine Peak Limo is a family-owned luxury transportation company founded in 2005. We provide high touch, highly reliable transportation services for corporate clients, leisure, wedding and global travel. Our reputation is built on precision, consistency and accountability and we expect that from everyone on our team! This is not a high chaos or high noise environment. Our office is calm, organized and focused and we value thoughtful work while also being a welcoming and supportive group. About the Reservation Specialist position The Reservation Specialist role is a detail critical position responsible for accurately booking, reviewing and managing ground transportation bookings. This role requires someone who enjoys structured work, precision and consistency, and someone who can deliver polished customer service. You'll spend most of your day working independently booking reservations, responding to emails, data entry and answering phone calls all the while being in a group setting with other staff and team members. Accuracy and learning come before speed in this role. During your first month, you'll receive structured training and support as you build confidence. Training continues well beyond the first month and is on-going. You will always feel that you have support and questions are always welcomed. We care more about getting things right than getting them done fast. There is growth potential in this role to move into areas such as wedding booking/coordination and corporate group management. We believe people do their best work in an environment that is calm, supportive, and respectful. While we value focus and accountability, we also enjoy taking care of our team in small, thoughtful ways—such as team lunches, stocked snacks, and occasional lighthearted breaks that help the day feel balanced. You May Be a Great Fit If You Are naturally detail oriented and often catch errors others miss Prefer a quiet, focused work environment over a overtly highly social one Can provide warm, helpful and professional customer service Enjoy repeatable, process driven work Take personal pride in accuracy, follow through and accountability Are comfortable working independently while also being a part of a small, dedicated team This Role May Feel Frustrating If You Prefer fast paced, reactive or constantly changing work Need high levels of social interaction or constant movement Struggle with accountability or consistency Responsibilities Accurately book and quote transportation and reservations with exceptional attention to detail.
