Job Description

In this job you will be Helping Customers with Parts Questions Sales/Financing Equipment Repair Updates You will be required to Answer Phones and Greet Customers Complete an assigned cleaning list Keep showroom and the stockroom stocked Order from distributors and receive in shipments Enter Work Orders & Estimates Ensure all equipment is checked in properly Call customers with important information Handle all financing paperwork to ensure private information stays private Follow rules and regulations regarding financial institutions Ensure checked-in equipment is placed in the correct place, safety in mind. Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and efficient support via phone, email, and in person. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires strong computer literacy, organizational skills, and clear communication, with a focus on accuracy and timely response. You will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and contribute to maintaining high satisfaction and smooth administrative operations. Your baseline experience in clerical tasks and office procedures will support everyday responsibilities.
