The Call Center Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and referral partners by managing incoming calls and coordinating appointment scheduling across Granville Health System practices. This role ensures all calls are handled in a timely, professional, and courteous manner while adhering to organizational scheduling guidelines and clinic protocols. Responsibilities include scheduling and rescheduling appointments, assisting referral offices with timely access to appropriate resources, and supporting clinical teams by accurately documenting patient concerns and routing medical questions through established templates and workflows for provider follow-up. This position plays a key role in enhancing patient access, communication, and overall service experience across ambulatory practices. Qualifications High School graduate with typing and computer skills; ability to deal with multiple phone lines in calm and professional manner; ability to follow medical staff instructions; ability to stay calm in emergencies; good communication and organizational skills; ability to deal with the public in a professional manner and maintain good relationships with hospital personnel and staff physicians; ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
