The Role As an Experience Service Advisor , your core responsibilities will include: Greeting customers and providing a high level of customer service throughout the service process Listening to and accurately documenting customer concerns to create detailed repair orders Communicating recommended services, timelines, and costs clearly to customers Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle completion Monitoring repair progress and providing regular updates to customers Handling customer concerns and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels Processing invoices, payments, and maintaining accurate service records You'll play a vital role in supporting the company's strategic goals while contributing to daily operations and long-term initiatives. Candidate Profile We're looking for individuals who demonstrate: Some experience in Hyundai or related brands. Strong knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, solution-focused mindset, organized and friendly, and valid driver's license.
