Dispatch/Customer Service

Responsible for answering multi-line phone and take requests to be entered into trip software. Processes, dispatches, and files pre-booked standing orders in accordance with standard operating procedures. Assist walk in clients. This position does require the candidate to be on call. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette and a pleasant personality. Applicant must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and be at least 21 years of age. Clerical experience, with computer proficiency is required. The starting time for this position is 8:00 am.

Pay:

$31,720.00 - $35,360.00 per year
