Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Customer Service/Office Assistant to join our team! This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering exceptional support to clients and team members alike. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, manage front desk responsibilities, and provide outstanding customer service to foster a welcoming and efficient office environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing professional front desk support with friendly phone etiquette Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking accurate messages Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for documents, correspondence, and records Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and communication Attention to detail ensuring invoices are correct. Support office management activities such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Assist with clerical duties like proofreading documents, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies inventory Requirements Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets. Excellent computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and general troubleshooting skills Strong phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is preferred but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service skills will shine! Pay:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
