Overview Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative, where your enthusiasm and dedication will drive exceptional client experiences. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear and helpful information about insurance policies and services Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, billing questions, and coverage options to ensure complete satisfaction Conduct outbound calls to follow up on client requests, gather feedback, or promote additional insurance products aligned with customer needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our management systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant Provide exceptional customer support by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and effective communication skills Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and offering suitable insurance solutions to enhance their coverage Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless client experience Qualifications Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse client bases Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities and promote products confidently Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills required Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations preferred Knowledge of customer service best practices including phone etiquette and active listening techniques Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude Basic cash handling skills and typing proficiency to manage transactions efficiently This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in customer service within the insurance industry.
