You have auto repair service advisor experience (this is a must) You know how to sell ethically , explain repairs clearly, and build trust You care about people first , cars second You're confident, positive, and bring good energy to the room You love winning, growing, and being part of a high-performance team You believe customer experience is the product
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Greet customers and create WOW moments from the first interaction Educate customers on needed repairs and maintenance (no pressure, no fluff) Build trust through transparency, communication, and follow-up Manage estimates, approvals, and workflows like a pro Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency Represent the Select AutoPros brand with pride— every single day
