Position:

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will answer calls, emails, and other inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer. Additionally, you will have opportunities to engage in inside sales to help drive company growth. This is a full-time, entry-level position with performance-based commissions .

What You'll Do:

Answer and handle inbound customer calls and emails promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and scheduling. Identify and create sales opportunities by following company scripts and procedures. Utilize our CRM system to manage customer records and sales activities. Use Google Workspace tools to generate reports and maintain documentation. Resolve customer concerns with a high level of professionalism and escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems , VOIP phone systems , and office software. A positive, motivated, and driven attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
