Account Manager - Personal Lines Insurance FinPoint Insurance | Southport, NC In-Office | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM FinPoint Insurance is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Southport. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and working in a professional, team-oriented office environment. We're seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and passionate about delivering excellent service to personal lines insurance clients. What You'll Do Provide personalized insurance quotes and coverage recommendations Convert quotes into bound policies Manage and service existing personal lines accounts Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims reporting Review policies for accuracy and coverage needs Clearly explain coverage options and recommendations to clients Document client interactions in the agency management system Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service What We're Looking For Active Property & Casualty insurance license required prior to start date (Offer may be extended prior to licensing; licensing assistance available) Personal lines insurance experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through abilities Comfortable learning and using agency management systems Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience Why Join FinPoint Insurance?
