Cashier/Customer Service

Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product information or demos Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and professionalism Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to enhance the shopping environment Upsell products by recommending relevant items based on customer needs and preferences Ensure proper stocking of shelves and assist in inventory management tasks Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette when assisting remotely or over the phone Qualifications Previous experience with POS systems and cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided Supervising experience in retail or customer service roles is a plus Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environments is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as neededJoin us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences!
