Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, chat, or in-person by addressing inquiries related to services, billing, technical issues, and account management Promote and upsell products and services that meet customer needs, contributing to sales goals Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on service inquiries or offer new solutions Provide clear, professional communication using excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and maintain detailed records of interactions Support clients with troubleshooting technical problems and guiding them through resolution steps Manage cash handling transactions when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security in all financial exchanges Experience Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidates Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus Demonstrated ability to perform data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient workflow management Experience in outbound calling campaigns or sales environments is advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude Join us as a Spectrum Customer Representative and be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding client services.
