Job Description
3 years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment involving work with new business applications, endorsements, rates/policies and demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of automobile and homeowners coverage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make quick decisions. Proficiency in navigating required computer applications (Carrier application, internet/intranet, and agency management system). Proficiency with Windows operating systems, with the comfort level to navigate between systems and programs easily A self starter with the ability to multi-task and learn new skills & technology quickly. Ability to handle special projects as assigned.
