Customer Experience Specialist East Coast Euro Werks | Wilmington, NC $20/hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends Are you someone who genuinely enjoys serving people? Do you take pride in creating excellent experiences, staying organized, and helping a team succeed? East Coast Euro Werks is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to become the first impression and ongoing point of contact for our clients. This is not a receptionist position. This is an opportunity to join a growing company where customer service, professionalism, and personal growth matter. You don't need automotive experience to perform well in this role. If you enjoy connecting with people, staying busy, solving problems, and being part of a team that supports one another, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome and assist customers in person and over the phone Schedule appointments Check customers in and out Coordinate loaner vehicles and transportation Follow up with customers throughout their service experience Collect payments Request customer reviews Assist with administrative tasks Support our front-of-house team Learn additional responsibilities such as parts ordering, estimate building, and warranty administration Occasionally assist our Southport location when needed What We're Looking For Strong customer service experience Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, retail, medical office, or client-facing experience is a plus Positive and professional attitude Strong communication skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Coachable and willing to learn Reliable and dependable Comfortable using computers and software systems Ability to remain calm under pressure You Might Not Be a Good Fit If You struggle with consistency and reliability You frequently complain or create drama You debate with customers instead of serving them You resist coaching and feedback You prefer working alone rather than as part of a team Why Join East Coast Euro Werks?
