Overview Join our prestigious luxury cat resort as a Client Care Representative, where your passion for feline well-being and exceptional customer service will shine. In this vibrant role, you will be the friendly face and trusted voice for our clients, ensuring their cats receive the highest level of care and attention. Your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that fosters loyalty and peace of mind for pet owners. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance to ensure their experience exceeds expectations Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records Educate pet owners on our luxury services, including grooming, pet care routines, and specialized accommodations Support the team with organization, cleanliness, and ensuring a safe environment for cats at all times Skills Knowledge of Gingr software a big PLUS! Excellent communication skills to deliver clear information about resort services Warm, professional, and welcoming personality Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn and explain all resort services, policies, and prices Ability to confidently answer phones, texts, emails in a timely manner Ability to provide personalized tours of the resort Excellent attention to detail when taking instructions from clients for boarding and grooming Ability to accurately enter and maintain cat and client records, including medical information, vaccines, special care needs, feeding, etc Ability to multitask Ability to maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming front desk area Team-oriented attitude with the ability to communicate effectively with resort staff Dependable, punctual, and able to handle responsibility independently
REQUIRED HOURS
Will vary, part time approximately 25-30 hours per week
Weekdays:
Either 8 am-1 pm, 1-530 pm, or 8 am-5:30 pm (with an hour lunch break)
Saturdays:
8:30 am-1 pm
Sundays:
8:30 am-12 pm 2 WEEKENDS
PER MONTH ARE REQUIRED!

$15.00 per hour
