Are you prepared to make a significant difference by assisting customers during difficult situations? We are looking for a committed individual to handle incoming calls with accuracy and empathy. Responsibilities Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email regarding foreclosure. Document all customer interactions meticulously in our tracking system. Provide constructive feedback to improve service quality and address customer concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with CFPB regulations to maintain ethical standards. Perform additional duties as assigned to support our team.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: You uphold strong ethical principles in all interactions. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to handle complaints and challenging customer interactions. Approachable demeanor with a patient and friendly disposition. Ability to capture and act on important details. Reliable and committed to achieving team goals. Broad knowledge to guide customers through inquiries. Consistently reliable in fulfilling job responsibilities. Willingness to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Spanish Fluency:
A plus in enhancing customer service capabilities.
Desired Skills:
Preferred background handling customer interactions. Prior experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and customer management systems.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
