GED Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and enjoys helping others.
Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related questions Resolve customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions Document customer interactions and update records in internal systems Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach in all interactions
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or related experience is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
