Customer Service Representative Youngsville, NC Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM $18.00 per HourWe are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Youngsville, NC. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers Provide excellent customer service and support Enter and maintain accurate customer information Process orders and assist with order tracking Resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely manner Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
