Service Advisor

Service Advisor Powersports (Side-by-Sides & ATV's) Who we are Freedom 4x4 is a fast growing shop specializing in side by sides and ATV's. We're know for fast turnaround, honest communications, and high quality work. We're not a general repair shop we focus on off road machines and do it well! What you'll do

• Greet cusomters and guide them through the rapir process
• write repair orders and clearly document concerns
• commuincate with techincians and translate finding to customers
• build estimates and sell recommended services
• keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• manage workflow and help keep the shop moving efficiently
• handles phone calls, text and scheduling. What we're looking for
• strong communication and customer service skills
• organized and able to multitask in a fast pasted enviroment
• confident in presenting and selling recommended work
• basic mechanical understanding (or willingness to learn quickly)
• positive attitude and team player mindset
• reliable and punctual Bonus if you have
• Automotive or powershports service advior experience
• Experience with shop management software ( Tekmetric is a plus)
• Sales or commission based experience
• Knowledge of SXS's/ATV's parts and accessories Pay & Benefits
