Customer Service Representative

The Sales Associate is responsible for taking on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing agreements. This team member executes our sales presentation to customers and upholds the culture and standards of our Company. The Sales Associate must constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivers excellent customer service to ensure ongoing sales and high level of customer satisfaction Works with customers in-store and over the phone to determine their needs and then recommend the right product(s) to meet those needs • Review company marketing materials and available training resources regularly to stay up to date on product features Ensures that accurate customer record(s) are entered and maintained in the store's computer system Completes quality control calls on all new lease agreements personally facilitated within 1 business day Handles customer service opportunities and reviews with management in an effective manner Files and maintains accurate and complete customer folders and records Answers incoming telephone calls using the call scripts to either assist the caller or route them to appropriate person Assists in the maintenance of the showroom through cleaning, organizing, merchandising and pricing, as directed by management Confirms customer identification, collects payments, and obtains customer signature on lease agreement Performs other reasonable duties requested by management

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent 1 year of sales or customer service experience

Required Skills and Competencies:

Proven track record in achieving sales goals Strong sales skills both on the showroom floor and over the phone High energy with the ability to effectively perform all sales functions Excellent interpersonal skills are required for daily customer contact • Strong organizational and communication, both verbal and written General product knowledge Proficient computer skills • Professional phone etiquette Uphold the Aaron's Brand and protect company

Physical Requirements:

Position requires bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time Position requires lifting, loading, and moving up to 50 pounds of merchandise alone or up to 300 pounds with assistance
