Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, establishing a friendly and approachable atmosphere Assist customers with product information, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Manage stock levels by merchandising products, stocking shelves, and organizing displays to maximize sales potential Provide product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging informed purchasing decisions Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or reservations over the phone Support retail sales efforts through effective communication skills and proactive engagement with customers Supervise team members when needed, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service standards Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions is preferred Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Experience in merchandising, stocking, or grocery store environments is a plus Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer focus Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences!
