Office experience in the veterinary or other medical field preferred but not required. Hourly compensation, benefits available. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays.
Necessary qualities of candidates include:
Commitment to delivering an excellent client experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette Energetic, personable and outgoing Desire to work in a team environment and work a flexible schedule Good computer skills Ability to utilize electronic medical records system Our new team member must also be prepared to perform a wide range of duties including but not limited to the following: Greeting clients Escorting clients and patients to exam rooms Answering multiple phone lines Responding to client email messages Scheduling appointments Preparing and updating patient records, including client financial records Invoicing patient charges Client billing Client education and instruction Retail pet product sales Please send cover letter and resume' via email and place the word "resume" in subject line.
