- Full-time Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional Guest Service Representative to join our hospitality team shift from 3pm to 11pm.
The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and maintaining the high standards of our hotel or resort. Experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or guest relations is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Bilingual abilities and knowledge of multi-line phone systems are considered valuable assets. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression of the property Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Manage multi-line phone systems and respond to phone inquiries following proper phone etiquette Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Uphold guest relations by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service Support night audit procedures as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations Experience Prior experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services is preferred Knowledge of hospitality management principles and customer service best practices Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments is a plus A passion for hospitality, guest relations, and creating memorable experiences for visitors This role offers an engaging environment where your hospitality skills can shine.
