Part Time Customer Service Representative Kayl Heating Tri-Cities Area Kayl HeatingAir has built a strong reputation in the HVAC industry by focusing on what matters most - our customers. We're a people-first company dedicated to keeping our clients comfortable and satisfied with every interaction. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Customer Service Representative / Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. Position Overview This fast-paced role is responsible for managing the daily schedules of our Service Technicians, dispatching calls efficiently, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, technicians, and the management team. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences while keeping operations running smoothly.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experienceHours:
Up to 35 hours per week, Monday -Friday Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage daily service technician schedules Dispatch technicians promptly as service calls are completed Schedule follow-up and return visits with customers when parts arrive Maintain and update the on-call technician schedule Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in the company database Provide clear and professional communication with customers, technicians, and managersRequirements:
Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or project coordination High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service skills with a professional phone presence Excellent ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Highly organized and detail-oriented Good geographical knowledge of the service area or strong map-reading skills Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment and enjoys helping both customers and technicians.
