  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Advisor / Manager to lead our automotive service department with enthusiasm and expertise.
In this role, you will serve as the vital link between customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive service experience. Your leadership will drive customer satisfaction, boost service sales through upselling and automotive diagnostics, and uphold the highest standards of mechanical knowledge and automotive repair. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about automotive service management who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Duties Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service needs Provide detailed auto estimating and service writing to ensure transparent communication of repairs and costs Oversee daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control Assist technicians with automotive diagnostics, mechanical troubleshooting, and complex repairs such as transmissions, diesel engines, or suspension systems Drive upselling initiatives by recommending additional services like oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, shocks & struts, or air brake systems to maximize customer value Manage cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining high levels of integrity and accountability Foster a customer-first environment by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire repair process Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in auto service management and automotive diagnostics Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and diesel engine repairs Hands-on mechanic experience or familiarity with automotive repair processes such as auto body repair or air brake systems Excellent communication skills for effective sales conversations and customer interactions Ability to lead a team of service technicians while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency Strong understanding of automotive systems including transmissions, shocks & struts, and auto estimating software Competency in cash handling and administrative tasks related to service writing and auto estimating Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive care!
