Job Description

Company Overview The Army Barracks is a dedicated provider of genuine military surplus and authentic military products, offering customers high-quality items that deliver exceptional value. Since 1987, the company has specialized in sourcing foreign military surplus and maintaining a diverse inventory of new, used, and commercial military merchandise, all while emphasizing excellent customer service. Seasonal Retail Associate (Temporary Summer Position) Position will run June to Sept. Could extend for the right candidates who are interested.

Part-Time (Weekend Availability Required) Shifts are either 10-6 or 12-6 Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and friendly Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team for the summer. This role involves assisting customers on the sales floor, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, light stocking duties, and supporting overall daily store maintenance. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and helpful manner Answer customer questions and provide product assistance Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store Perform light stocking and restock merchandise as needed Assist with store upkeep and general maintenance tasks Help maintain attractive product displays Support team members with daily operations Follow company safety and customer service standards Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Ability to lift light to moderate items and remain on your feet during shifts Previous retail experience is helpful but not required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated, organized, and enjoys working with customers while helping keep the store clean and running smoothly during the busy summer season.
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
