You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations while providing outstanding client service and support to our veterinary team.

About the

Role:

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients—both in person and over the phone. You'll help guide them through their visits with empathy, professionalism, and care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting clients and patients warmly upon arrivalMaintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby areaTriage client concerns and direct them appropriatelyAnswering phone calls and emails; routing inquiries as neededScheduling appointments efficiently to maintain daily flowChecking clients in and out, processing payments, and reviewing invoicesOffering emotional support during sensitive or stressful situationsSupporting a positive client experience from start to finish

QualificationsWho We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of veterinary receptionist or animal care experience preferredCompassionate, calm, and confident communicatorDetail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced settingStrong computer and organizational skillsPositive attitude, team player, and proactive problem-solverSelf-starter with a desire for continued learning and professional growth
