• We review yesterday's numbers and set goals for the coming day Team training. Daily. No exceptions
• Our sales directly reflect the effort we put forth in learning the techniques and the products; If you are not excited to learn then this may not be for you. Prospect calls to perspective customers
• lots of phone time and we provide the leads Listen to the customer and tailor the quote to their situation and request Before heading out we tally the day's work, both the numbers and the effort spent reaching those results. What if I don't have experience? No Problem
• We will provide the training you need to excel. No sales or insurance experience is required. What is non-negotiable is a great attitude and perseverance. Salary Range:

$57,000.00

• A Property & Casualty License is Preferred but not required to be considered for this role
