Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer will be responsible for assisting customers with their Motorcycle, ATV, UTV and Jet Ski service needs and ensuring a smooth service process.Duties:
Align Customer Needs:
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service requirements.Service Writing:
Create detailed service orders and communicate them to the service department.Mechanical Knowledge:
Utilize mechanical knowledge to accurately describe vehicle issues.- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services.
Upselling:
Recommend additional services based on vehicle inspection results.
Dealership Support:
Collaborate with dealership staff to meet customer needs.Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Writer or similar role in an powersports or automotive setting.
- Proficiency in auto estimating software and service writing procedures.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, including brakes, suspensions, and shocks/struts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with mechanics and technicians to ensure accurate service delivery.

$45,000.00- $55,000.
