Customer Service Representative/Inside Account Liaison

Vitusa Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Customer Service/Inside Account Manager to serve as a daily point of contact for our clients. Candidates looking to join our team should submit a resume and cover letter. The successful applicant will have a variety of responsibilities including: Ensuring orders and other customer requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Acting as a lead point of contact for customers and suppliers on a daily basis. Communicating client needs to various suppliers in order to maintain a successful business relationship with all parties. Interacting with multiple vendors and carriers to efficiently schedule timely deliveries to customers. Maintaining client satisfaction by exhibiting strong conflict resolution skills. Forecasting and monitoring inventory levels while proactively adjusting to meet the customers' needs. Accurately filing orders and other paperwork in order to ensure efficient process flow and organization. Notifying the Senior Account Manager when issues arise. Providing coverage to other Account Managers within the department. Other tasks as assigned
