Job Description

Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, support our technicians, and ensure each customer interaction reflects our company's values of reliability, honesty, and care. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, friendly manner. Schedule and confirm service appointments using ServiceTitan. Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely service. Follow up with customers regarding completed work and satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records and notes in ServiceTitan. Assist with outbound calls for maintenance reminders, estimates, and follow-ups. Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency. Qualifications 3+ year of customer service experience (experience in home services, plumbing, or HVAC preferred) Familiarity with ServiceTitan software strongly preferred Excellent phone and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive pay and performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable) 401K with matching Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and ongoing training
