Job Description

Calm Water & Bath is hiring a full-time Appointment Setter•Customer Service Specialist in Cherry Hill Township, NJ. This opportunity is perfect for motivated individuals who are ready to succeed. WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
You engage with homeowners in a confident, upbeat manner, managing a steady flow of outgoing calls while guiding conversations toward scheduling in-home consultations. You maintain a fast pace, consistently reaching 250 dials per day, and work with purpose to set at least 4 qualified appointments daily. You stay organized, ensure appointments are scheduled within 72 hours, and take pride in being the first positive interaction a homeowner has with the company. We're looking for someone who can work evening and weekend shifts: Monday through
Thursday:
3 pm•8 pm
Friday:
3 pm•6 pm Saturday/Sunday 10 am•4 pm
