We are a respected, 30+ year-old company with an experienced field team, long-standing customer relationships, and a strong reputation in the commercial and industrial water treatment industry. About the Role Wasak is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Water Treatment Service Representative to support customers throughout New Jersey. With a focus on Southern Jersey. This is a full-time field-based role that combines technical service, customer support, and territory development. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building customer relationships, solving problems in the field, and growing into a long-term sales and service career. Key Responsibilities Provide field service and support to commercial and industrial customers Test, monitor, and help maintain customer water treatment programs Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, engineers, maintenance teams, and other customer contacts Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or program improvements Support existing accounts while helping expand the company's presence in the territory Manage a consistent field schedule and maintain accurate service records Represent Wasak professionally while working directly with customers in the field Approximately 60% of the role will focus on customer service and field support, while approximately 40% will focus on territory growth, account development, and customer relationship building. We encourage applicants with backgrounds in technical service, mechanical systems, facilities, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, environmental services, chemistry, engineering, route sales, B2B sales, or other hands-on field roles to apply. If you are reliable, organized, mechanically or technically inclined, comfortable working with customers, and interested in building a career in a specialized industry, we are willing to train the right person.
