Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our front counter. This position involves interacting with customers, receiving dry cleaning, and paying extra attention to detail is crucial. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide prompt service at the counter. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured. Handle cash transactions responsibly, including processing payments and giving change. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
