We're growing our service team and looking for a sharp, people-first CSR to keep our customers and technicians moving. What you'll do Make outbound calls (150-250/day) to existing and prospective customers to schedule HVAC service, repair, and maintenance visits Handle inbound customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency Keep accurate, detailed records of every customer interaction and transaction Collaborate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and strong customer outcomes What we're looking for Strong communicator — clear, confident, and professional on every call Able to juggle competing priorities and keep pace in a busy, high-volume environment Comfortable with computers and software Customer service or call center experience preferred — but we'll train the right person HVAC or plumbing permit knowledge is a big plus Compensation & benefits $20-$22/hr, based on experience Medical, dental & vision 401(k) with company match PTO & paid holidays Employer-paid life insurance Tuition reimbursement Competitive pay with a growth path Ready to join a company that invests in its people?
