Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are the first and last impression our customer gets of our business, the face of every center. The right candidate makes a good impression on the phone and in person to every pet and pet parent, and builds long-lasting relationships with new and old clientele. The CSR must present themselves and the center in a clean and professional manner at all times and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile!
